Difficult choice...

I'd say go with the newer 07' but $30k is a little difficult to swallow. Are you financing? Even if a 200 series is slightly more, the interest may be lower so the overall cost will be the same. Plus resale will be higher on the 200 because it's "newer." On a side note, not sure what your goals are, but just keep in mind that there are more vendors for mods for the 100 series than the 200 series.

IIRC, they changed the format to a 3 or 4 volume set.

It's 4 volumes plus a 5th that covers electrical wiring diagrams.

I'd for the 04' ...... for 30k you're awfully close to getting into a 200 if you find the right rig.... I almost snagged an 08' with 98k locally for 32k but finally decided that I'd rather start in the high teens and build it.... and ten got lucky with the Sc'ed rig....still wish I had a 5spd....

Cheapest LX570 on the west coast out to Vegas and up to Washington is $39,999 and it comes with a bs story from the dealer that it was CPO until one of the dealer's employees was side-swiped.
