different loose mirror...

howdy, first off thanks to everyone who told me to buy the low miles 93 vs the higher 96, this cruiser is great...but the ds mirror HINGE is loose, not the glass part, I searched here cant find any info, so before I try and fiddle outside where it is mighty cold...any thoughts?

Doesn't have anything to do with the screws found behind that triangular pc of black plastic on the inside of the door , near the glass and closest to the dash , does it ?

not from what I have tried so far I grabbed the base, which is attached to the piece you are talking about, and I cannot wiggle it, just the top half of the hinged piece which encloses the mirror....btw where are ya located tyler? I was born in T.O, and lived all over ontario before i came out here
