diesel thoughts??

I have it on good authority that, that has been sold.

If I was to stay a gasser, then a lsx engine would be going it. But I just want a diesel. I'm most likely going to end up putting a gm diesel in there with almost no electronics for ease.

For a DD I'm going to sell the ranger and try to find a 300SD wagon and then maybe eventually a 4runner (1st gen like this one YouTube - OM617 Turbo Diesel Toyota 4Runner )to swap a OM617 in to

I've seen that engine in the runner. I think they are a great engine for the smaller and lighter IFS rig with smaller tires or regeared.

Yeah I saw him post on that thread and figured if he was posting than it would be his.

The GM has a lot of quirks but is a decent engine. Easier swap probably as well. You can find 6BTs for nothing usually with the entire truck as well. Just a thought that you shouldn't completely right off.
