Did USA ever get the long jump seats or just Aus/NZ??

Hi there, After perusing through the galleries on here it seems that the USA spec 40's that have jump seats are all shorter than the AUS/NZ ones like mine shown here. The long ones make fitting a cage much harder, but combined with the 1+2 bench in the front mean you can cart 7 people. 3 up front and 4 in the back... Anyone know any more about this?

73 and Earlier had them in the USA and Canada. Most have just spaced them out to clear roll bars.

I'm Kicking myself for scrapping out a set of them that I had way back... they'd likely fit my current cage, but didn't fit with the one at the time.
