Did all 100s come with keyless entry?

My new to me 100 series (1999 with 205k) only came with one key and no remote. Both my 80s had remotes, which would lead me to believe the 100 had a remote. Was keyless entry an option or standard? Basically I am trying to determine if I buy a transmitter will it work?

And that one key I have is worn out...very hard to get in and out of the door, but ok in the ignition. Do you think it is the key or the door lock?

I think all 100's came with a key built into the remote. At least all that I've seen.

As far as inserting the key, I hit my locks every once in a while with PB Blaster and then put the key in several times.
