For sale 2006 GX 470 (non KDSS and non NAV) modified for moderate off-road/trail use and over landing. You cannot buy a stock GX470 and build it like this for close to this price. I bought the GX in March of 2018 with 115k miles on it, now has about 157k miles on it. Serviced regularly. It has been used but not abused and I have a build thread documented on IH8MUD linked here:

OME suspension(airbag delete),
4 runner wheels, 285 70 17 BFG tires
8.2” rear end swap with ARB rear locker regeared to 4.56 (Slee off-road), , this is a stronger axle than the weaker stock 8.0” that comes on the GX470.
front ARB bumper, with 8k Warn winch
rear Coastal off-road rear bumper, with tire and Jerry can carriers
Hefty fab bolt on sliders,
dual battery,
solar ready,
rear power ports,
attic rack,
fridge slide out,
roof rack,
Autohome RTT,
ARB awning with light kit (relocation to rear ready),
light bar,
fog lights,
Clock spring just replaced,
4 tire pressure sensors just replaced,
3rd row seats in good condition, pics upon request
HAM radio (only if you have valid license, otherwise it will be removed).
Roof rack and sliders were stripped and recoated with two coats of POR15 and top coated with flat black paint to prevent sun fading. I had grip tape on sliders but did not put it back, some people don’t like it, but easy to add later.
Clear coat is all but gone on the hood and roof above the windshield. I can only guess it was TX and CO sun damage. The hood has some minor hail dings, so I blacked out the hood.
RTT has some hairline cracks in gel coat. I used a gel coat repair kit that faded. Does not leak at all, only cosmetic.
Otherwise normal wear and tear. I am only selling because it is not the vehicle we need anymore, got a full size truck to fit a new life chapter so this needs to go.
More pics available on request and happy to answer all questions.
Asking $18,900 and currently located Denver, CO.

Builds - CO_Hunter’s GX470 build
80 vs GX - I bought the GX to replace my 80 after a lot of research. Measuring the inside the main dimensions are almost identical to one another, drivers seat to rear door seal, between wheel wells, and floor to roof height. Width above wheel wells was only a few inches different, but you do...
