Denso Oxygen Sensor (1 Viewer)

Anyone knows what this number means?

I have the infamous P0156 (Bank 2 Sensor 2) and P0420 (Bank 1 Cat) codes. Bought a set of Denso 234-4154 and 234-4138.

The Bank 2 Sensor 2 had this spacer... The Bank 1 Sensor 2 didn't. After swapping both sensors, I didn't install that back.

Anywhoo.... I'm trying to figure out if the old sensor was the right part number. (This pic) Because all 4 sensors look new.

I don't know the answer to the numbers question, but sometimes folks will swap in spacers to pull the sensor slightly further out of the exhaust stream, to change the numbers (for the better, usually).

yeah the spacers are normally used to skirt emissions tests pulling the o2 sensor up and out of the exhaust stream will keep the CEL from triggering (normally when people pull the cats out)

Looks like you can use the same ones I listed if your a 05 or 06 also.
