I hold the class at the Emergency Operation Center (EOC) in Lecanto.

That's almost the center of the County, about 12 miles south of my house.

I would likely be more likely to go handheld than permanently mounted, that way I can move it from vehicle to vehicle for road trips. I have had pretty good luck with CB/cell for most everything but I can easily see how having a 2M or two in a group would be wise. Especially on more remote runs. Or just wire all the vehicles for the same radio and just move it form place to place. Still can see easily spending a bit of coin on a setup that would be worth the trouble.

I have a 2011 fj cruiser. i already have a lift and a few other things. i live in bointa springs. i actually just had a group of 8 fj cruisers and a jeep down in bear island. i just wanted to see if there was anyone else out there thats in to off roading. theres a jeep club down here but they only let jeeps ride with them. i really don't care what ride people have i just like riding. theres a place in bonita but it's been closed down. ive been up to ocala and a few other place that way too

I am interested in some learning at least to know which direction to go. Just make sure to post when you decide to do this. (I'll be in CO next week but you guys do whatever is needed)

I'm a fan of belgian and wheat beers. in no particular order:

Blue Moon
Guinness
Killians Irish Red
Chamay (high gravity belgian...mmm)
Warsteiner (preferably draft)
Any in-house brewed beer while in Germany. (still first and best beer I've ever had.)
New Castle Brown Ale
(forgot brand) a Hefeweizen
A Guinness clone my gf's brother brewed. Tasted like coffee and awesome.
Many more, I like to try something different once a week or so.

Coors Lite if I'm at a ball game or going uber cheap.

but they only let jeeps ride with them

Yeah, you don't want to associate with people like that. This group is different, as I've come to learn and appreciate. It shouldn't matter what you drive as long as you get along.

Welcome! There are others in south Florida, they'll chime in eventually I'm sure :)

Well we got a good list of some mighty fine beers . But I still think there's one beer out there that ranks above them all . Someone has to know which one it is .

Somone at work just recommended "Reverend", should be a Belgian. Most of the Belgians are pretty good.

Don't even get me started on a weird beer rant!!

Are you asking or say you know the answer? If the latter please don't say PBR or Steel Reserve or Miller....

We all know the answer and will you be surprized . It's not PBR , Bud , or Miller but I know for fact we have all had one .

Cant be that good if it was only one... And free beer doesnt count.

But yes free beer does count . Be honest , have you ever had a bad FREE beer . I may not really care for the taste of a free beer , but if I'm out of beer it's all good .
