Deer Valley Qs - fj45 run related

I'm thinking about coming up for the fj45 run, so I'm surfing around google earth. There are lots of roads marked around there. What's open, or not, especially the road that goes down to 108 from hwy 4 a bit east of where the deer valley trail comes out.
