Wrapped a gnarly 5 day shoot on Saturday then was “reminded” by my wife that she was leaving the next morning for a girls trip in San Diego for a few days.

Will do my level best to make the next one but already looking at booking work for January so…

I know, I am super bummed about it. My 8.5 month pregnant wife was giving me the VERBAL clearance to go, but the subtext was very clear that she was struggling and needed help. For the sake of my marriage and personal wellbeing, I decided to stay home and do some chores.

It ended up being the right call.
