So, I drive 4300mi with no issues with the death wobble. Couple of days ago I replaced the front spring bushings, which where shot. Yesterday I drive around town, up to 65mph and all is fine. I finally head home and around 50mph I get the death wobble starting, so I slow down and pull into a parking lot. I re tighten the front lug nuts since I removed the front wheels to do the bushings. One side took a little tightening. Then drove home not going over 50mph.
This afternoon I replaced the rear spring bushings and go for a drive and the death wobble is still there starting about 50mph to 55mph. Didn't try to see if I could drive through it.
Checked the front wheels for excessive play and did not find any.
Thoughts?

Try rotating tyres front to back if that don't work climb under front as someone rocks the steering wheel back and forth while you inspect all the tie rod joints. Next jack up front Axel and wheel checking the king pin bearings with top to bottom movement.

What ever their called
Allow me to interpret .....
Ward wants to confirm that the bushing were indeed manufactured by Terrain Tamer. Do they have the Terrain Tamer name or logo on them?

Forgive me for asking simple and obvious questions, but just part of the elimination process.

It started after swapping just the front spring bushings, correct? You said terrain tamer, are your springs terrain tamer? What springs are you running?

Have you jacked up the front end and grabbed the wheels and checked for play in the wheel bearing? Given that you had no DW prior to swapping Bushings, it seems like the obvious culprit. My guess is that they are the wrong size.
