Dead Threads

I deleted a couple of threads that had a bunch of stuff that didn't reflect what this club is about, but probably had some good info. Land use, trail care type issues need to be discussed and we need to be made aware of and take action on any changes. But we will do it in a friendly, positive way without blaming, prosecuting or insulting others, members or not.

A new thread with info on trouble spot issues would be good. Posted with trail and area names, maps, pictures, GPS coordinates, as much info as possible to alert future wheelers to issues in the area that may not be obvious on the trail. I recently heard the pools area on Chiva is off the trail, the last time I was there it had a good road going to it, no indication of it being off limits and would be an easy mistake to visit them by truck. If someone with local trail knowledge, contacts could confirm it, that along with the Chimney rock issue would make a good thread starter.

Start a thread called "Arizona trials: rules and information"
Make it a sticky and folks here can add info on different trails, rules for NFS, BLM and STL, so that all of us dummies can learn the different rules for different places.
Links to info sites and stuff like that. That link that goodtimes posted would be an excellent start for the thread. It lists all the legal roads in the Reddington Pass area. Direction, recomendations, and other good advice could be added.

BUT, we would all need to keep the chat down in that thread otherwise it would grow huge and become a useless jungle of crap. Start a new thread to ask questions about something in the Sticky or PM the writer.
