dead battery, now radio doesn't work, coincidence?

My truck died the other day, jumped it and rolled on. Only one problem, no tunes... Checked radio fuse, not blown.

Don't really know what else to do. It's a aftermarket head unit.

Has anyone had this issue?

A lot of head units have fuses on the back of them too.
