I've owned my 1999 100 Series for about 4 months now. It's serving the role as daily driver (short 5 mile commute to work), toy hauler (dirt bikes), and family adventure vehicle. So far it's been great. I've had an 80 Series before, as well as a few very capable Suzuki rigs... But the 100 has been such a pleasure to drive with so much comfort and space! I'm hoping it will continue to prove itself as a very reliable rig.
So far it has received:
-TJM T13 front Bumper (Excellent engineering... didn't require any frame cutting, just awesome!)
-Warn XD9000i winch (which everyone said it would NOT fit, and I assure you, it fit...)
-WeatherTech Floor Mats (Love these!)
-Rear sleeping Platform & storage (76x48 when folded out. Can fold up flat or be a shelf - see pic)
-12v accessory mod to receive power at all times
-Added OEM console pocket / cubby
-I've done most all baseline stuff
Future stuff:
-LED Light bar or other improved off-road lighting
-Front ARB maybe... Factory rear locking diff has been great!
-Timing belt Maintenance (coming up on 180K)
-Heater hose T's (have them, just need to install)
-Remove the running boards and replace with sliders w/ steps (Slee)
-Might switch over to OEM Toyota wheels, we'll see...
-Roof rack maybe?
-Fix intermittently working window switch (hoping it's just some broken wires at the door hinge)
