Wrong Section.. but i would just sell them as is.. no point polishing up those Turds..

and i would put them for sale on your local 4x4 sites, or Craigslist, LC guys in general don't want D44 stuff..

The 44 knuckles are notorious for cracking under hard use after theyve been machined anyway. What would you ask for them in stock form, I know a Jeep guy that might need them.

I'm planning hybrid axles w/toyota knuckles. I know toy knuckles are strong, but what kills them? I'm planning soa, 35-38" with super longs, probably full hydro steering. I used to make 4x4labs arms (for about 3 months) and will likely use them.

Loose steering studs, not properly set up hydro-assist system turning further than the stops prevent and loading the knuckle up while at the stops are two that will kill them for certain.

You can drill and tap for d44 studs.9/16 18... thats on my to do list.Gotta drill the arms out also and and have the chamfer put in for the cone washers. That and the 5th bolt mod. Also on my to do list.
