*then the deadbeat agrees to pay but only with conditions

*and...deadbeat acts like a smarmy fxxxstick about it when he was the one who was wrong from the get-go

I think deadbeat is the seller who received his money and claims to have refunded but there is no evidence to support that claim, and the person getting screwed posted a "this person won't send me the goods I paid for or my money back."

I don't think so.
TCC/Dan has been nothing but a smart ass and never posted any logical description of the problem/resolution. He has continually resorted to name calling, smart ass comments, (which I can do since I don't have a stake in this fight), and has generally made things worse for himself.

My evidence?
First, just take a look at the posts of toyodas and TCC's from just this thread. I've even erased the names to make it somewhat "impartial." Can anyone tell a difference? Neither can I.

You may also note that toyodas zip code is 70555 and TCC lists his location as Milton, LA, zip code 70558. Close enough to be neighbors.

Yes I have. As long as it is not a great amount and they are in a pinch I have no issue with shipping before payment AS LONG as I have the funds to ship.
