"damp" Injector; should I be worried?

Are those couplers for the 2lte? I've been wondering what diameter my couplers are for the 13bt.
I believe they should be a standard size, 2”, 2.25” or 2.5”. I’d just put a tape measure across the end of the crossover pipe to check, though.

On my swap project I’ve dealt with every size from 1.5” to 2.75” o_O

So this came from underside of inlet hose. I'm not a smart man, but I think the majority of all the oil is from a cracked hose. I may just replace rocker cover gasket while I have it apart

Like the guys were saying, the ultimate source of that oil is the PCV vent on your valve cover. Doesn't matter how many hose couplers and gaskets you replace at your intake, that oil is still gonna leak out. You have to eliminate the source of it by venting the PCV under the truck and/or through a 'catch can'.

When I first bought my truck it had above average blow-by which causes even more of that oil mist to come out the PCV. And when that oil mixes with the EGR carbon, it creates even more of a mess. I pulled the intake manifold off to clean everything thoroughly. On my motor it had added at least 1/4" of sludge in the whole intake manifold and into the intake ports of the cylinder head. It was even built up on the backs of the valves. Lots of work to clean, but the engine got lots more air after.

In addition to dealing with the PCV oil mist, you should block off/disable/remove your EGR system to keep that crud out of your intake too.
