Called in to the sandblasters & had a sneak peak. Sandblasted & epoxy coated. Didn't get a pic of the chassis but it looked awesome!

Chassis came up nice. Sandblasted, epoxy coated & finished in 2pac black. Makes a lot of parts I was going to bolt on look ordinary. I can see I will be either replacing or restoring more parts than I planned.

Just spent a week on Fraser Island in the 80. I can't believe how much more comfortable it is, lol. Back to work and hopefully lots of restored parts will be ready for the 40 this week.

Hi guys. Can anyone tell me what the part number is for a complete J07 instrument cluster for an '84 HJ47. I can find the part numbers for all the parts but not the complete cluster.

weird... just checked, like you say, all the individual parts are listed separately but no sub assembly part numbers...

There are brand new j07 clusters for sale on eBay Australia at the moment

Work is busy and my build has stalled. I haven't been camping or even a day trip in months so I threw the esky, maxtrax & dog in the back and headed for the beach. The closest beach that you can drive on is a 2 hour drive. Here's a couple of pics
