Good evening. First time back here in a while - it’s good to be back. Previously owned an ‘01 LX that I sold 2 years ago with only 114k miles. Grabbed an ‘11 LX with roughly the same miles. The LX is a cream puff and damn near perfect, but I miss the 100 series. Came across a 2000 LC with about 164k miles that has spent its life in the Tampa Bay Area. Meticulously maintained, but definitely some rust to be mindful. Would love to get thoughts on rust spots in attached pics. Selling price in the 20s - Can’t believe I sold my ‘01 2 years ago for 14…..

TIA!

That all looks pretty good. That forward passenger side torsion bar mount in the fourth photo is uncharacteristically rusty. Also, Look just above it and the rearward bolt for the frame side sway bar mount is MIA. Remember that's the one that gets rusted from the HVAC evaporator condensation drain.

Really helpful. Thank you.

Quick follow-up - any of these issues non-starters for you?

Personally, no. The torsion bar mount is weird, but it's fine. Get a nut and bolt and fix the sway bar mount (might need to pound off the old weld nut on the tip side of the mount and then paint it) and then just put some rust penetrating spray on the torsion bar mount several times over several months and it'd likely all be good.
