Custom rear bumper on stock springs...too heavy?

I thought .. get the bumper and go with add a leaf ( longs ones ) pretty cheap, good little lift.
 
Well, I am probably going to get the bumper and see what happens. I will likely take the add-a-leaf route as necessary. I am still trying to figure out some logistical issues with getting it here from Atlanta. Katemcy is my best bet.

Hey BigSur, as for the pic skills, I just used a timer. You can kinda see my face in the corner in Pic 2 sitting on the tailgate. Gotta love modern technology...
