'91 toyota pickup, single cab, 4x4, 5 speed with ~170,000 miles (~8,000 of the miles after the engine was rebuilt) and the following:

replaced shift knob with a leather one from a '98 4runner
replaced the stock headlights (that had sealed, non-replaceable bulbs) with Hella headlights and new, brighter bulbs
