Sorry, I bet this is it. It had to be repaired hence the blue tape. I also thought it would work on my 1HZ so I bent it a bit to make it fit.

Yes, the metal piece you bent and with the blue tape is it. Is the blue tape repair a repair on the attachment to the cable or the sensor, itself? Just need to make sure it's going to work. Thanks.
