How do you manually close a stuck open Sunroof on the LC/LX?
Mine is not stuck open but I am seeking the knowledge just in case if happens.
Anyone have a problem with their Sunroof?

Wow, no way to manually close the Sunroof?
Is the Sunroof Motor behind the overhead console?

As a PM, do you grease the tracks with say white lithium grease????

I did on mine, I can't say if it helped or hindered as I almost never open it, but it made me feel better.

My LS400 sunroof just got stuck open this past weekend. Could hear clicks when pushing the button to close but no movement.

Opened up the dome unit where the buttons are to look at the motor, no disconnections.

Reached up and gently tapped the whole length of the sunroof with my fist and it started moving and then closed.

It's not opening now, it's a problem I will leave for another day. Assuming there is junk in the tracks and it needs to be greased.

Again this was for an LS, but my LX sunroof looks like it was taken from it so parts are parts.

If the sunroof motor is located behind the overhead console, it looks to me like there should be way to manually turn the motor to get the glass to close. My Isuzu Trooper has a plastic round piece in the headliner allowing access with a Hex tool to manually turn the motor causing the glass to slide closed.
Wonder what the thinking was of the designers of our LX/LC ???

Spray some WD40 on the cables and in the glides, then push and hold the close button while pulling & pushing the sunroof into the closed position. The cables will bring the WD40 back into the motor area and will help loosen things up in there. Then open it again and wipe the cables and glides clean, as they will likely contain whatever goop got loosened up by the WD40. Then grease the glides. You might have to do the push & pull thing again to get it closed. Once you get it firmly closed, you need to decide if you ever plan to open it again. Replacing the motor and cables is pricey.
