Just my opinion but any time there is a thread that discusses a meet/event time and place, the first post of that thread should be the "master" and should be edited and kept up to date as plans change or solidify. Communication 101

Easy fix: Make everyone mods.

Apparently there is some confusion about the date of the event. It is Saturday March 31st at 7pm. I did edit the first thread to reflect the updated info but I screwed up the address somehow.

I just needed all the RSVP by today in order to have an accurate number for the manager.

Sorry for not being totally clear about the date
