Clearly there not after 30+ year old Land Cruiser. There's no money in that.

If you can afford a 1.7 million dollar car PAY THE DAM TAXES. These people are buying cars in CA claiming they only drive in Montana and the dealers are helping them do it

There is no difference between $17,000 and $1.7 million when it comes to taxes.
Why should one pay taxes and not the other?
Instead of saying the taxes are too high and the state is the thief here putting a gun to your head and say "give me your money!" you say only certain people should pay the tax.

Initially you were ok with not paying taxes then when you found out you can't do it you turn around and blame the people who took your advise instead of pointing fingers at the state. Bravo!

Cruiser guys payed there taxes when they bought Cruisers, now they want to put a Turbo on it but it won't pass smog on the visual inspection even though it's burning cleaner.
So a option was to register it out of state, has nothing to do with not paying taxes.

I have and will always pay my taxes even on my $80k tow rig.

I never advised anyone to not pay there taxes and never will, I may have suggested a out of state registration ( key word may have ) for a none smog compliant Cruiser.

So CALM down and quit twisting my words up. THANK YOU

Alright since we got that out the way.....
@Cruisers and Co what is your estimated timeline on the A750f availability? I need to plan/hide funds aside from vacation, home improvements, Taxes and college funds. Once I get that turbo, its go time.....
😎

4.8L kit just showed up for a sweet build that’s going together. What does the collective think this one is going to make to the wheels!?

Yes. At minimum 91 is what you want. It will run on 89/87/85 but your chances of predetonation increases the lower you go which is bad. Stick to the highest octane at any normal gas station you come across is what I have been recommending.
I have been running 88 Ethanol free in mine since I got it back here in Utah. Should I switch to 91 even if it has ethanol?

600!

and will get 2.5mpg on 97!

You should take one of these to the sand dunes at Saint Anthony, Idaho. That is where a big power Cruiser is really really fun!

:p

Cheers
2.5 smiles per gallon 😁

The dunes in Saint Anthony are a blast! Went to college at MSU in Bozeman and went down there a few times. Would be definitely worth it to take a truck out there!

@ttFJC have you had the LX out there since the turbo?
