Any CSC'ers headed up to Cruiserfest in Toole, UT this year? It is Sept. 11-13th.

Mrs. Pitch is backing out due to work, now I am rethinking a solo road trip vs not going.

Made it here, Cruiser porn shots to follow.

1) 4BT FJ55 2) Classics lining up 3) Slee's HJ 79… sort of; a 2UZ powered with a Saudi 79 body on an 80 frame. It is titled as a 2015 "special vehicle." 4) Drool worthy HJ 75 5) A go-fast 200 series

wow, there is some serious drool factor on those Cruisers! Thanks for sharing E, looks like a great time ~

How was Cottonwood Canyon Rd? I wanted to go through there on the Thursday before Labor Day but it was closed. Supposedly road was washed out and "300lb" boulders blocking the road. We ended up taking Skutumpah Rd to Cannonville instead and drove down to the arch from the north.

200's in Ouray

Well, Cottonwood (we later found out) was still closed. The cones and signs were pushed off the road when we hit dirt at about 830 pm. There were many, many washouts along the road, especially near the Paria River. 4 Lo was required a time or two to climb out of the washouts. In some areas the road was barely wide enough for the 80. Numerous boulders... Tire size and smaller, littered the middle 1/3rd of the road. Much caution was needed coming around blind corners... Especially at night It actually made for a fantastic trip down Cottonwood, we had the road to ourselves until we passed 2 ADV riders poaching the road the next am. Closure signs were in place from the north.
