Go to CruiseMoab.com to register today!

This year's event will be from Tuesday, May 3rd through Sunday May 8th. Our headquarters will be at the lot just south of and adjacent to Slickrock Campground again. You do not have to stay at Slickrock Campground if you don't want to, it is just the epicenter of the event. We are working toward getting a discount for event registrants however they are closed for the season and we haven’t had our phone messages or emails returned.

The schedule will be the same as the last couple of years with the overnight runs:

Tuesday - Kokopelli Run Starts (3 Days 2 Nights - limit 14 rigs!)
Wednesday - San Rafael Swell Run Starts (2 days 1 night - limit 20 rigs), Registration, Safety Inspection, Hell’s Revenge Night Run!!!
Thursday - Guided Trail Runs, Vendor Night
Friday - Guided Trail Runs, Dinner, Raffle
Saturday - Guided Trail Runs
Sunday - Clean up and go home

We are keeping registration the same as it has been for the past five years: $175 + BLM fees, which are a straight pass-through. We are also passing through the $25/registrant food costs for the overnight runs. Remember, Rising Sun doesn't make a dime on Cruise Moab. We donate 100% of the proceeds to land use and to improving the event.

Be advised that you must be a current TLCA member to register. We could not have this event without our affordable TLCA insurance, it is a TLCA sanctioned event and therefore you must be a TLCA member. It's only $35.

I am chairing the committee this year. I am doing trail assignments and registration again this year. If you have any questions, please contact at the email above. Please do not PM me here with questions about Cruise Moab. Feel free to join the Rising Sun forum on the Cruise Moab thread.

There is only one significant change from last year:

We are only offering Elephant Hill on Saturday, and the limit is 10 rigs

Trail Sponsors to date:

Colorado Toyota Specialists (Joe Calleja) – Moab Rim (Friday)
Cruiser Outfitters (Kurt Williams) - San Rafael Swell (Wednesday)
Outdoorx4 Magazine (Stan Wright) - Kokopelli Trail (Tuesday)
Just Differentials (Carl Montoya) – Hell’s Revenge - (Friday)
Outer Limit Supply (Travis Hurley) – Cliffhanger – (Saturday)
Land Cruiser Heritage Museum (Dan Busey) – Fins n Things – (Friday)
Slee Off Road (Christo Slee) – Hell’s Revenge – (Thursday)
Marlin Crawler (Justin Morgan) – Poison Spider Mesa - (Thursday)
Gamiviti (Tim Nakari) - Wipeout Hill – (Friday)

I will update the above as the information becomes available.

Happy crusin'!

There's a crew coming from the Washington DC (Capital City Land Cruisers) and Pennsylvania (Keystone Cruisers) attending this year's Cruise Moab. I believe we've all registered and two of the guys are setting up truck transportation to get our rigs the 2000 miles to Moab. Most of the guys are flying into Denver and driving across the state to Moab in rental cars.

Well sheeeet, am i the only one driving from the east coast :p

Don't forget to have your TLCA membership up to date. This is a sanctioned event and TLCA membership is required. There's a pretty sweet magazine that comes with being a member too. ;)

Heh no worries, i didnt expect the actual registration list and i appreciate the push back on that. Id like to add to our convoy, possibly meeting up with Steve from LCD and a few folks from that area on the way out.

You could always start a thread here, or join the existing one here. That way people are putting their info out in public voluntarily.

First time registrant here and planning on driving the 55 out some 1200 miles. We're looking forward to the adventure and meeting everybody. Since the 55 isn't set up for camping yet, we rented a cabin at Slickrock.

Se you all there.

Good news is Neil Quigley got our National Park Service permits for the Arches run and Elephant Hill today. The bad news is that Arches is now limited to 10 rigs and we already have 13 signed up (so I will be moving some people around). Until we get the back office software updated to show only 10 rigs for Arches, please only sign up knowing you'd be on a wait list and choose a 2nd and 3rd choice on Thursday.

On that note, we are nearly full, so please register now and don't put it off if you'd like to go. We do have a refund policy where you can cancel before April 1st and we will only dock you our Paypal fees.

Thanks and happy cruisin'!
