I'm signed up for Thursday - Fins n Things, Friday - Hells Revenge, and Saturday - Elephant Hill

Can't wait to see you guys there!!!

I just learned that as of today we have 147 paid registrants out of 170, leaving just 23 spots open. I you want to go, now's the time!

Very nice! If you talk to Neil send him my way. I've been trying to reach him to no avail.

In other news, We still have a room at our condo that we need to fill! It's a great location and a great spot to rest your weary head....and party!

Saw your post on the RS board about the condo. Looks nice; I'll be staying in the back row at Slick Rock as I normally do though. I like to be right where the action is.

We have a committee meeting coming up at the end of the month. We meet the last Wednesday of each month. I will chat with Neil then. I expect we should be filled up by then and I will be working on the SQL tables. I will get you your info on who's going on Kokopelli with their contact info so you can start working with them direct.

Thanks Jeff!

I paid for my registration via Paypal on Jan 18 and it was processed through my bank promptly but as of today I've had no confirmation. I did get an email listing trail choices, meal, etc but the statement at the bottom said "this is not a confirmation or receipt". I'm just assuming I'm properly registered.

Ace, you're all good I am working on it as I type this. Jon had not yet registered when I went to get him the Kokopelli roster today, so I had some frantic communications back and forth to get his information into the database.

Rzeppa, how about Matt Burmaster, I'm the support crew for kokopelli run. Also tech inspect on Thursday. Renewed my TLCA yesterday, after the committee email I got.

Hi Matt, I do not have you down for Kokopelli, I have you assigned for your first choice, Poison Spider on Thursday. And I do have a note that you have renewed your TLCA membership.

Dan Plemons. Or Robert D officially. You Jeff Zepp? That's who the email came from.

Yes, that's me, see my sig line ;)

I do indeed have a Robert Plemons down for Kokopelli. In the registration you had put TrueGritCruzr as your handle :p

I have not personally sent any emails with trail assignments YET. I did send Jon the Kokopelli roster so he could start contacting those folks, and I sent Kurt Williams the San Rafael Swell roster for the same purpose.

I do have 99% of the assignments done and most folks got their first choices.

Jeff,
I'm the cook crew for Tuesday night, then I'm out, not doing the kokopelli trail run. Thanks for the reminder on Thursday trail run, Wednesday tech inspect then before Thursday trail run. Trying to help out where I can.

Matt

I like to keep a low profile. :)

Actually I went through a bit of an identity crisis trying to come up with a good handle. I eventually settled on TrueGritCruzr at Ace's recomendation but the good moderators at IH8MUD do not allow handle changes so I am stuck with LogHillCruzr on Mud. :frown:

Also sorry for the long delay in responding but my harddrive crashed last Sunday and it has taken me a while to get back online.

I'll give this one last bump. If We can't find a taker for the third room by Friday I'll have to cancel the condo.

Hey guys, so what time do the trail runs usually leave, specifically on Thursday?? And what happens if you can't make it Wednesday for registration and the orientation?

I did not get times for my runs but I believe it varies depending on the trail from 8 to 9 AM. If you've registered you should have received trail confirmation. You must check in and pass tech inspection before running any trail. Both will be open early Thursday am, located adjacent to the Slickrock Campground.

Most trails depart from their meeting place at 9:00 AM. Spike leaves at 8:00 AM and Elephant Hill is 7:00 AM. Participants should arrive at the various meeting spots about a half hour early to read and sign the insurance waivers. The full details will be in the registration packet and on signs scattered around Slickrock and headquarters at the big tent.

Our office will be open at the big tent at a designated time each morning and afternoon Thursday and Friday for late safety inspections, registration, trail changes and/or initial assignments. Merchandise and raffle tickets will also be available during those hours, and of course we (Cruise Moab committee members) will be there to answer any other questions.
