Take a good look, your hot pink one went on Tony's truck.....I gave all of them away I had made up at Moab, I will get some more made in a couple of weeks and get you one.

Butch,

We really enjoyed having you and your crew up again this year. Maybe I can try and wheel with you all one day next year, if I get my FJ40 ready (Don't want to leave pig skin all over the rocks. LOL). There was a big hole in camp Saturday and the big screen was gone. :'( I gave away both of the stickers you gave me so I'm out, too.

BTW, Thanks again for letting me borrow your stove.

You know I have read all this and the TT article on the Roundup, and I know we (LSLC) has to be doing something either different from the rest of the country......or maybe just more of it.......plus I just read Kowboys story of the rescue..

http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=247103&page=5

If I had the knowledge or the power, I would zap a big old dose of whatever we do or have that makes it all click to every club in the TLCA, but damned if I know exactly what "it" is, its kinda like the small country church, "We just always did it like that."
Don't get me wrong, man, my heart swells with pride, in my club, every time one of you comment on the attitude and spirit you enjoy being with LSLC..........and it is contagious, witness the number of people that literally wanted to know, after BHCC where LSLC was going next year, so they could be at the same event....

Ponder this, when one of the Disciples asked Jesus which of the commandments was the greatest, the answer was, To Love one another as you love yourself.......

I know many of you picture me with Shiner and a cigar, telling a joke that would make a sailor blush.........but our guys really care for each other and I guess it shows......

A young lady in our church, 29 yrs old died 2 days ago, 2 small kids, so I am in a different mood, open heart surgery 3 months ago, doing well and then just got sick and dies, what a shocker........they were also customers of mine, sometimes it sucks living in a small town where you know everyone and they know you.....

[/quote]It's pulling it back onto its wheels. It had flopped on Golden Spike.

I had a great time too. Great to put faces with names. Good to finally meet Woody.. Should have seen the full "woody" going up Upper Helldorado when he almost rolled. Good thing we had a strap on him.... I got to wheel with PrismoJim, Medusa, Woody, C, Jeremiah Proffitt, and all of the LSLC guys/gals. Charles

almost rolled....bah...lol

VERY nice rig you have! Talk the missus into those CTM's yet? ;)

So you're saying our Tuesday run on Rose Garden Hill wasn't satisfying enough or did you forget something on the trail that day? :flipoff2:

I just got in a few hours ago My T case broke 7 miles from home, but I was still able to drive it. That's always been my luck.

Frydaddy and myself went to Farmington on the way home. There is moretraction there than at Moab. Then made our second trip to the Cadilac Ranch in Texas yesterday (Sat)

Other things people missed. Ran Upper Helldorado on Sunday. Prichet on Mon. Found 3 broken studs in my locking hub, so we welded it on to run Farmington. I'll fix it later corectly.

We came into Slickrock Campgrounds on Tuesday, and someone was running across camp looking for Fire Extiguishers. Luckily I had 2 in my vehicle and we able to keep the fire under control , and even put it out by the time fire department got there once we got the one out of Frydaddys rig, and a camper. Cabin 3 and 4 had cottonwood and leaves burning under it. #3 had the floor on fire, and needed to be re wired since the electric ran under. It would have been a total loss if we would have stopped for lunch instead of planning to eat at camp.

I'll post some pics later, I still got to unpack.

And Yes there realy is Chicken, in chicken in a biscit crackers!

Cool. Great pics. Thanks Jim! How come the pictures never show how hard the trail is? I ran Tuesday because I had to lead the trail Saturday and had never run it before. We try to look like we know what we're doing. :D

Sometimes the pictures DO make it look hard, but we all know it even harder than it looks. ;)

How's this for looking hard?
(thanks to "the lal")
