creaky lx drivers seat

hey everybody,

anyone else have this problem? drivers seat is really creaky in my 01 LX. where should I try the WD40? thx.

Can you be more specific..

Does it creak while only getting in or while sitting the entire trip?
Moving it north and south?
Does it make noise when reclining?

Heh, I know, I know.

It creaks when I'm driving and going around corners. Really annoying. does not creak when I move the seat or when I get in and out...

I would see if you can make sure the hardware holding the seat down is tight. It might be loose?

is it just 2 bolts front and 2 rear? is it obvious where they are if I move the seat f/r...? thanks again.

move it all the way forward and tighten up the rear bolts first via the backseat door. The move it all the way back and do the same.
