Hi guys,

I need help to pinpoint issue I have at the moment with my LC200 [second lift 2015].

Issue 1: Unichip - after instalation I never managed to get it work, I got a wierd glitch like this:
I restarted car and it was gone. Unichip never worked properly untill today I got in contact with Unichip and they diagnosed that throttle position is wrong. So either I need to adjust it or may have a faulty throttle pedal sensor. Is there an option to check if it is faultu indeed or set it/adjust in Techstream

Issue 2: Craw Control - crawl control dissangages after couple of seconds.

Issue 3: 4LO multiterrain dash is flickering and sometimes not responsive to dispaly button on the steering wheel. here: 4LO dash flicker - https://youtube.com/shorts/OWw5zvy3200?feature=share

I think this is all interconnected. But not sure where to start diagnisis. There are no TCs in Techstream. Wireharness seems good.

I would appreciate your help as not sure what to do.

Have you tried a zero-point calibration?
I did, but time to time I still get the "slip" icon on the dash. You think I should do it again?

PS: Also sometimes I get PCS error [pre collision system]

Number of times I’ve read about incorrect throttle position calibration on a 200 in five years of near daily use of this forum: zero.

Remove the Unichip.

HTH

I will do that.

Car is dead as of now. Get multiple U0100 codes.

Suspecting a water leak too on front windscreen. Did it happen to you guys?

Car goes to the dealer, not I dont even have connction to the ECU over OBD/Techsteam.

Checked connectors on the left and right side, all fuses. All is okay. I only see some water marks on the ECU itself...can anyone confirm that this might be the problem?

That is a striking amount of corrosion for internal metal parts. Do you live or store it in a very humid environment? Has the vehicle been submerged or in a flood? I've never seen interior corrosion like that on a 200.

It is just there, nowhere else. All walls and internalls are clean. Just the cumputer. I think it is caused by this:

I live in Central Europe - it is quite normal here.

Quick update:

I get flashing 4LO, Cehck engine light and check VGRS on the dash. I cannot connect to the OBD with Techstream. Car went to Toyota dealer for assesment but they still cannot find the cause.

I checked all fusues and connectors on the right and left side. All clean. Just this water signs as above.

Any ideas or tips?

Have you removed the unichip?

Remove the unichip cause they suck. Get a map3, haltech, or motec anything else is crap including holley. Also that may be mouse piss check the brownish stains on part of the connector next to it. If that is the case look for chewed wires.

yes, unichip is removed.. .

Yes, light are on the bumper.

You have another issue going on maybe a bad harness look at the yellow 20 amp fuse and the 5 amp fuse below it. They have a brownish tint towards on the edge.

From the photo I'm assuming your vehicle is RHD. I'd look for places where water may be leaking in, either around the cowl (there's an opening for fresh air on the right side that can pose issues, at least on US models, and I'm guessing RHD vehicles have this on the left) as well as the windshield (if you've ever had it replaced)

final update: no leaks found inside ECU. I blame unichip for this damage as nothing else can indicate this. Chnaged ECU, now fighting with "check PCS"
