Havent had a Cruiser in a little while, and was itchin'. So this thing was right down the road from me. Picked it up about 2 weeks ago, and appears to be in fairly good condition, a little rusty, but running strong. Im pretty stoked about it.

Thanks guys.

Really want to do disk brakes and power steering. I'm no mechanic so I will probably asking who to take it to in NC, unless I find somebody local, but I doubt that. Until then, some general maintenance, and try to get the rust treated. The seats are real tore up, so I need to find some replacements. Any suggestions ???

Host a HAMMON and you will meet people and learn how to work on your truck.

Volvo Seats

Here's a few pics I have of them installed in a 1976 I had, I wish I had better quality pics but this was back in 2004. I will be glad to explain the process I took to install these seats, used the factory brackets and they still functioned front to back and all other directions. That was my 94'-80 before the lift and my 89'-FJ62. Sold the 40 and 62 to a gentleman in CO.

Yes they were out of a 1995 850, if I remember correctly I think I paid $75 for the seats, the heater switches and all the seatbelt pieces.

this thread needs Eric Allen :D

those seats are nice Greg. A buddy of ours locally just installed and wired up leather seats out of a merc 300 D.
