Well my Doug Thorley headers are cracked. Seems they cracked at the weld on the second tube.
Look below the nut on the control arm.
Since I got them from Doug Thorley for free by them using Eliza (yes the name of my 200) as the test vehicle for 3 weeks to make them, I will have toyota pull the left one off. Then I am going to have my mechanic weld it and have toyota put it back on.
My service guy at toyota even suggested I have someone else weld it....he says his guys don't weld enough for him to feel comfortable. LOL.. Love the honesty.
Could explain why I am only getting 9 mpg at best.....I hope thats the reason....
