I couldn't find anything by searching, but did Toyota sell some kind of trim for the "bed" of the 70 series after the top is removed? Or has anyone come up with their own solution?

Here are a few photos of the soft top I had made for when the hard top was off. It works well.

That is pretty awesome. I had seen that before and it's definitely something that I would love to get made.

However after rereading my post I was unclear with my request. I was long for some kind of trim that would cover the bed rails. Where all the bolts were removed from

I would just get some nice looking cad or painted bolts and reinsert them. Then you'll know where they are when you need them.
I did that with my 40, and it keeps all the threads nice and clean, too. Up here in wet coast, they all get anti seize to keep them
rust free and clean as well. You could make a giant footman loop to go between bolts and use it as a tie down bar too.

CPilot Thank you for the kind words. Here's a pic of the top over the cab going below the rear cover. It also shows the angle aluminum I used to mount the cover.

Very clever! This is really showing me a direction to go. Going to try to make mine weather proof to the floor.

That is an awesome set up! Too bad it wouldn't work with a factory roll bar:(

It looks like it incorporates it completely, unless I'm missing something. Or do you mean like a tube roll bar such as in a 40 series? I didn't know they had them in 70 series.
Don't forget, its a DIY thing, so if you want something similar,
just break your the measuring tape. It seems to pull tight around the flat of the factory roll bar quite well. It would be easy enough to Velcro a hole around a protruding round roll bar and still keep it under tension I would think.

I have been lucky enough to have a factory soft top window frame and I have the factory track along the front edge. Do you have that
as well on yours peterb? Do you have any kind of rib inside above the cabin?
