Gonna suck not having a shop for a while. And Lori's new house is from the 60's moved to the current location in the 80's. But I will have her a new one within a year

Looking at both of them I'd rate that as lucky as s***.
This was house number 6 that we have had since we have been married and number four that I have built.
We used to move all the time but we stayed in this one the longest(6yrs).

I hear ya. I move every 2 years on average it seems. I used to live in a fixer upper and flip it for some money and build up equity on put it into larger homes. Now i may stay in this one for a little while.
i miss my shop as well
