What is wrong with it? Never had issues with any of our GM trucks

Earlier this week they replaced ect sensor. Now it's the fuel injection pump. It imploded sending metal thru the fuel system. They are replacing all injectors,fuel lines, and anything else fuel runs thru. I have always had GM trucks with no issues. Time for a tundra!
