I greatly appreciate the Cottonland Member of the Year award for 2017.

I am not sure what I did to deserve it, but I know you guys decided it was me and I appreciate it.

I am sorry I was not there to receive the honor, but raffles are not my thing. I hope y'all understand. Nothing personal at all, just too big of an a****** to deal with all that.

I also wanted to say I appreciate all the hard work you guys put into the Crawl and the Crawfish Boil each year.

The money raised from the allows us to have pizza parties each month at the club meetings and a hell of a Crawfish boil each year. I know the $20 per head the members pay each year would not cover a 10th of all we get back as club members.

Y'all work your asses off and we get the spoils of it all.

From the posts I have read and the testimonials I got in person, the Crawl was a big hit yet again. Keep up the good work on that end and I will do my part and keep dragging these old Land Cruisers out of barns and making them whole again.

Great job and again, thank you for the award.

Thanks Nolen. We know you don't do raffles so no biggie. The team we have makes the Crawl a success. Without the BOD members and the wives that help there is no way we could pull this event off. I'm just proud to work with such an enthusiastic team!

Not mentioned in the presentation of the award, but I found CLC, Mud, 49Tire, Lou's, etc. because of what you've done on the internetz with SeeandEatMS while I was trying to figure out some cool things todo with my first 4wd vehicle. So the fact that you single handily and unknowingly caught and then named "Honey Bear" I'm sure is what cinched the award for you.

Kidding aside, thank you for what you do you goofy SOB.
