What's the cost of insuring a BJ74 with ICBC compared to say a BJ60? I imagine it's not as low considering how hard it would be to find parts?

The paperwork comes back as Toyota Land Cruiser wagon, and they don't differentiate any further than that. What would affect the insurance premium would be the year of the vehicle. They have some sort of formula, and obviously since our BJ74s are 15 years or older...it would be a cheaper rate than a newer comparable SUV...if that helps any. I find my rates quite reasonable with the amount of coverage and roadstar package.

Mine was way cheaper (about $400) than my F-150 (-03) and ICBC was about $50 less than the quote from CDI. I think the diesel helps, as does the age.
Just hoping that I never have to use it...
