When this ad first came out I went to see the rig. He is a cool dude but not a cruiser guy so he didn’t know exactly what was going on. I would say, shop elsewhere. He probably dumped it off for cheap because an LS swap was started but aborted and there was a mess going on. This rig is probably long gone.
