Hello,
I’m preparing to fix my slow leak on the coolant valley on my 2008 LC200 w/ 3UR-FE. I’m working in a community shop space, so I want to be sure that I have all the parts (and more) that typically wear out ready to replace.
I am roughly following this video ( ) and a few other threads on mud as a guide. But want to be very sure I have everything to ensure this goes smoothly (im sure I can store my cruiser at the club but id rather avoid it if I have to).
I have the various one time use gaskets and washers and other components purchased to repair the leak. I also have replacement EGR valves, water pump, idler, etc to do at the same time.
My question is - what else should I have on hand during this repair? I’m thinking that I should just do a full coolant hose replacement too since these can crack and I really dont want to stall the repair. Any ideas what the part numbers are for those? Should I have anything else?
Thank you!
