Coolant leak

As you can see in the picture it's leaking at the hose. The hose was replaced as pm at around 140k miles. I do believe this hose may have been off at the dealership in September when my fan clutch bracket was replaced along with a couple of pulleys.

So should I just replace it with a new hose? Should not the hose last longer than it has?

Based on the picture, it just looks like minor seeping. I would take the hose off clean it and the housing, and orient the clamp a little different (or double up with a hose clamp) and see if that takes care of it.

I agree with this. Cleaning it up may fix it. I have seen some of the OEM clamps that seem to be less than ideal for re-use, so you may need to bump that clamp and add, or replace it with, a worm drive clamp. JOhn
