Coolant leak - What is this

Hello,

I noticed a coolant leak that is dripping from the CAT outside under the drivers seat. After tracing the leak back up to the top of the motor in the front, I found the leak. Issue is I have no idea what it is called so I can replace the seal along with finding instructions online. Here are two images. Please let me know what this is called and any tips, etc. so I can get to work on it.

That bolts to the water pump, you use a sealant to seal it up.

I did this repair about a year ago, super easy job, just get the new O ring and some Toyota "Form In Place" black gasket material and you're good to go... took me 30 min's...
