I will have a container coming leaving Australia in about 45 days. ( Dec 5 container still on the ground mostly complete note yet packed please be patient with schedule)

By dual cab I assume you mean Hi-lux. Shipping will be 2800.00 plus cost of cab I have seen cabs go any where from 500.00 to 1500.00 depending on condition.

I am interested in a set. I dont want to sound picky but, I wont be interested in any glass if its scratched up. I dont think you would sell me crap. I am just letting it be known. Also, do these sliders come with mouldings or are the stock north american 60 flat glass mouldings work also?
