VX limited 3rd row seats for 80 series

Nifty, I was under the impression the other markets didn't get the third row option, as, I think anyways, that there is no hardware in my VX for the 3rd row seats.

IIRC mots truck (in alberta now I think) had third row seats. It would be handy for families but setting them up would be a PITA.
