After a bit of research I have come up with the following parts list and just wanted to run it by the Mud brains trust. This is for an Oz-market 1978 2F FJ40 with Genuine Toyota AC fitted:
90916-01163 water pump to bypass metal pipe
16577-61120 metal bypass pipe (to suit AC)
16571-61071 metal bypass pipe to bottom of rad
16261-60011 small bypass hose
90916-01172 thermostat to top radiator (is this correct?)
96111-10580 lower hose clamps x4
96112-10330 sml bypass hose clamps x2
90460-49062 upper inlet clamps x2 (new p/n is 96111-10500)
96112-10250 heater hose clamps (approx 16)
I intend to buy extras of the above clamps, those quantities represent the actual number needed, I think..?
Does this look correct to complete a full hose/clamp overhaul? The only part I wasn't quite sure of was 90916-01172 thermostat to radiator.
Any help appreciated!
