Condensation when A/C is off

I'm getting a lot of condensation dripping out of my truck when I'm not even running the AC. What's up with that? Can somebody explain?

Is your climate control set to auto? AC runs all the time in auto mode regardless of temp setting, I think...

No, I never use auto. So if there is condensation, then that means that the compressor is running, right? Just don't understand why it would be.

Are you on defrost or defrost/floor mix? A/C is on at either of those settings and A/C light does not illuminate.
