Anyone have ideas on how to get rid of this? I'm at a loss aside from replacing the whole thing (which would be expensive)
I dropped a couple silica packets in there but that didn't help (got that idea from Google)

The least aggressive thing I'd do is take the bulbs out of it (mostly to get some place for air to go) and then let it sit in the sun for a day. The biggest problem will be figuring out how moisture is getting in there and stopping that.

More aggressively, I'd remove the headlight from the truck and bake it for a little while to get the moisture out. Then examine for leaks. Maybe baking would cause some sealant to reflow? I suspect I wouldn't count on that.

Assuming the water intrusion is coming from the seal between the housing and lens:
Bake it in the oven at a low enough temperature to weaken the seal. Separate the lens and the housing, clean up old sealant, apply butyl tape, and sandwich it back together.
Pretty sure someone who's done a projector retrofit can offer better information. Wouldn't be a bad idea to do this while you're in there: 08-11 LX570 Factory HID retrofit - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/08-11-lx570-factory-hid-retrofit.1046864/

I was hot for that retrofit for a while as well, but i can't imagine it's that much better than the uber LEDs you can get now. My Hikari's are super bright and have been running trouble free for at least 2 years now (previous owner installed). HIDs would be sweet though.

I'll try this today. That's super simple, I don't know why I didn't think of that...

I have the same problem. Found out today that I have a couple of holes. Unfortunately, you will need to remove it completely to check the assembly for cracks/holes. It is very easy though, took me 15 mins.
