New never mounted 48x48x4" welded Con-ferr roof rack. No mounting hardware, but have seen a lot of guys buying a different brand hardware that looks and works like original. Does have 2 small spots that paint wore from shipping box. Will ship on your dime. Fastenal is usually cheap for something like this. SOLD
