I have been given a real impressive 2009 model Planar 32" computer monitor - but it doesnt have a power cord hooked up to it. The website on the back is http://www.lcdinside.com/.

It appears to be a Korean DIY monitor site? Everyone gets excited, thinks about it then says forget it when I ask them if they would be interested in looking at it.

If you or you know someone who is savvy with these kind of things, let me know. I would only like to give it to someone who stands a fighting chance of making it work so it doesnt go to waste.

If you're giving it away I'd be interested. I have a friend who's good with stuff like that.

i want it!!! been looking to make a heads up GPS/topo display for the cruiser, 32" should just about cover it:D

Pipe down Junior. I gots it, and I ain't givin' it up! :flipoff2:

Looks like it needs at least a 24v DIN power supply. Then I'll find out what's really wrong with it. :D

The company (Planar) claims they didn't make it, might be just their stand (with their name on it) and someone else's screen. Seems customer support is gonna be hard to get. Well, I always say, you get what you pay for. :meh:
