I'd be a little leery. Reed the DOT letter below. It may not apply directly to the 20lb bottles but raises enough suspicion that I would stay away.

Here's the one piece, DOT approved Regasco unit for $99.
Following...been eyeing the composite one for years. Early on there was questions circling refilling stations not being aware of their ratings. Then dropped off the radar.Bumping this old girl. Need to get my 20# steel tank filled and stumbled across these. Any experience to share? I was debating on buying a steel 5# tank just to save the space and weight.
Any input is appreciated.
